Uploading Marks Based on Difficulty for SAT Adaptive:

This guide explains how to assign marks to questions based on their difficulty level (Easy, Medium, or Hard).

Identify Difficulty Levels: Categorize each question as Easy, Medium, or Hard based on its complexity.

Assign Marks:

1. In RW and Math Module1, for all default questions, the Mark per question should be 2 mark each.
2. In RW and Math Module 2, marks vary based on the number of sub-pools:

(i) If the exam has three pools:

Easy Pool: 1 mark each

Medium Pool: 2 marks each

Hard Pool: 3 marks each

(ii) If the exam has two pools:

Easy Pool: 2 marks each

Hard Pool: 3 marks each

To update the marks for questions, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Questions" tab.

2. Navigate to the required folder where the marks need to be updated.

3. Click on "Bulk Add Questions."

4. Click on "Bulk Upload Answers."

5. Prepare an Excel file with the following format; the header is not required in columns D and E, where you need to mention the marks.

6. Upload the Excel file.

7. Click on "Submit."

8. The marks will be updated.
