Bulk Deletion of Users via Batch Management
Step 1: Export User Data
- Navigate to the Membership section.
- Export the user data (CSV or Excel format).
Step 2: Prepare the Deletion List
- From the exported file, identify the users you want to delete.
- Copy the Username column of these users.
Step 3: Create a Batch
- Go to the Batch Management section.
- Click on Create Batch and name it appropriately (e.g., "To Be Deleted").
Step 4: Add Users to the Batch
- In the newly created batch, click on Actions → Add Existing Users.
- Paste the usernames copied from the Excel file.
- Confirm and add the users to the batch.
Step 5: Delete Users from the Portal
- Go to the batch you just created.
- Click on Actions → Delete Batch.
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking:
"Also delete users present in this batch?"
- Select this option to delete all users in the batch from the portal.
⚠️ Note: Ensure that only the users you want to delete are added to the batch, as this action is irreversible.
