Bulk Deletion of Users via Batch Management

Step 1: Export User Data

  • Navigate to the Membership section.
  • Export the user data (CSV or Excel format).

Step 2: Prepare the Deletion List

  • From the exported file, identify the users you want to delete.
  • Copy the Username column of these users.

Step 3: Create a Batch

  • Go to the Batch Management section.
  • Click on Create Batch and name it appropriately (e.g., "To Be Deleted").

Step 4: Add Users to the Batch

  • In the newly created batch, click on ActionsAdd Existing Users.
  • Paste the usernames copied from the Excel file.
  • Confirm and add the users to the batch.

Step 5: Delete Users from the Portal

  • Go to the batch you just created.
  • Click on ActionsDelete Batch.
  • A confirmation pop-up will appear asking:

    "Also delete users present in this batch?"

  • Select this option to delete all users in the batch from the portal.

⚠️ Note: Ensure that only the users you want to delete are added to the batch, as this action is irreversible.
