Not getting notification on vivo device?

Enable notification for 'testpress' app under settings --> application --> testpress app and then click notification. And allow notification as shown below
Once show notification is enabled, the app needs to whitelisted in the battery settings in order to receive notifications. It can be changed by following the below steps

OpenSettings and then click 'Battery' and then click on 'High Background Power Consumption' andthen enable 'testpress' app to receive the notifications.
