Removing Invisible Formatting Marks in Word Documents
To remove invisible formatting marks from a Word document, follow these steps:
- Open the Word document containing the formatting marks.
- Go to the "Home" tab on the Ribbon.
- Look for the "Paragraph" group.
- Click on the "Show/Hide" button. It looks like a paragraph symbol (ΒΆ) and is usually located in the "Paragraph" group. Clicking on this button will toggle the visibility of formatting marks.
